2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 48ft3ajx will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your login credentials being disclosed to a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately through the available channels on the platform.
You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or grant access to your account to any other party. Accounts are personal and for the exclusive use of the registered account holder only.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 48ft3ajx user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and not engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or any applicable local legislation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
- Using automated software or methods to access, extract data from, or manipulate any part of the platform.
- Sharing or distributing content containing malware, viruses, or code that could damage another party's systems.
- Misrepresenting or falsifying your identity in any form when interacting with the platform or the support team.
- Using any unfair means to gain an advantage in games or to manipulate the outcome of bets.
48ft3ajx reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 48ft3ajx platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Using a third party's bank account or digital wallet for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
48ft3ajx supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX and recognised digital wallets. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated for each payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or digital wallet used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification which may be required for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding set limits. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by 48ft3ajx before processing.
Any bonus or promotional credit added to an account is subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the applicable requirements. Full details of each promotion are available in its specific promotional terms.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 48ft3ajx platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to any particular user's needs. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, upgrades, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 48ft3ajx shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Users acknowledge that all online games involve an element of financial risk. 48ft3ajx does not guarantee any winnings, and the outcome of every bet is independent and random. It is the user's responsibility to play within their financial means.
6. Account Policies, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
48ft3ajx reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, use of false identity, multiple account registrations, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be returned pending the outcome of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 48ft3ajx support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any required verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 48ft3ajx platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 48ft3ajx or its licensed partners. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 48ft3ajx.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. 48ft3ajx is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external site. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
